Please note that this refund policy does not cover domain registrations or additional services like SSL certificates.

What's Covered?

  • Hosting Plans: You are eligible for a full refund on hosting services if canceled within the first 30 days.
  • Domains: Domain registration, transfer fees, and ID protection services are non-refundable.
  • SSL Certificates: Private SSL certificates are also non-refundable.

Examples of Refunds

Here are examples to help explain how our refund policy works:

  • If you purchase a hosting plan for PKR 50.49/year without registering a domain, you can cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund of PKR 50.49.
  • If you purchase a hosting plan with a domain for PKR 9.45/year, only the hosting fee will be refunded, while the domain fee is non-refundable. The domain remains registered for your use for 1 year.
  • If you purchase a private SSL certificate for PKR 64.95/year in addition to hosting, the SSL fee will not be refunded, but the SSL will remain valid for a year.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Domain registration and transfer fees
  • ID protection for domains
  • Private SSL certificate fees
  • Additional static IP addresses
  • Any unused portions of partially completed hosting months
